Megaproject covering more than 6,200 ha on the coast of Halong Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage site, in Quang Ninh province, northern Vietnam. It is one of two developer projects that foreigners are allowed to purchase. Construction started in December 2025 – January 2026, with the official sales launch in April 2026. Delivery of the first phases is planned for 2028, with subsequent phases up to 2030. The project is divided into two segments: - apartments (studios, 1BR+1, 2BR ranging 30‑70 m²) in 25‑storey towers by the lagoon – from 100,000 to 200,000 USD; - low‑rise houses (4‑storey townhouses, shophouse, duplexes and standalone villas) ranging 50‑200 m² – from 300,000 to 800,000 USD. The area is split into six themed districts (Asia, Europe, America, Australia, “New Wonders” and a golf cluster). Among 47 infrastructure facilities: a 680‑ha seawater lagoon (the largest in northern Vietnam), a complex of 12 golf courses, a 662‑ha forest park, an amusement park, a mega‑mall and outlet, an international hospital, schools and a university campus, theatres, a marina and 5‑6‑star hotels*. A high‑speed rail station will connect the project to Hanoi in 23 minutes (expected to open in 2028). Purchase terms: 30% down payment, loan up to 70% at 0% interest for 36 months, discount of 10‑11.5% for early full payment. Long‑term ownership rights.
