A boutique project of 168 residences at the very Botanical Garden in Batumi: the sea two minutes away, the garden one minute away, the city centre fifteen minutes away. The location was chosen for its peace and greenery, which are almost gone in the dense resort development. The main feature is an adaptive terrace, present in every residence without exception. The façade is made of natural stone, energy‑efficient glazing and uniquely shaped panels designed for the humid sea climate. Every three floors, sculptural plantings of local Batumi trees grow from cantilevered balconies.
